The Lazy Vault, The Lazy vault is not a complicated move. In fact it is quite simple. It is only two steps.

The Monkey Vault, The monkey vault is actually a very complicated move. It may take some practice but you will get it eventually!
Step 1: (Always) Get a running start.
Step 2: When you jump make sure your body is straight (Not leaning)
Step 3: Make sure your hands come down first. Then tuck in your knees. (So you don't clip your feet)

The Crane Jump, The Crane Jump is not hard. It is very simple in fact.

Step 2: When you jump make sure you have one foot on the obstacle. Then you have done the crane jump.

The Cat Leap, The cat leap is like a wall climb. Except in stead of climbing the wall, you leap onto the wall and then climb.

Step 3: Grab the top of the wall and then climb.

The Wall Climb, The wall climb is fairly simple. In fact, it takes more arm strength than leg strength. So prepare yourself for the wall climb before you do it.
Step 1: Get a running start (Of course get a running start on all parkour moves, except the precision jump)
Step 2: Kick up with your leg and pull yourself up.

Precision Jump, The precision jump is a move where you jump from a distance and land on your target.
Step 1: Get a running start (I need to stop saying this, you should already know) Step 2: Jump feet in front of you and arms behind you (So you jump farther.)
Make sure you keep your balance when you land. This a fun move. Practice it with the vault and try to land on a stick or something.
